The Downstairs at Yoga on Yamhill is a beautifully modern, newly-renovated studio space available to rent for group events, videos/TV production/film parties, art gallery popups, group classes, trainings, meetings and workshops. The Downstairs is equipped with hardwood floors, high ceilings, brick walls, large windows for great natural sunlight and enough space to accommodate your guest list. Space is available when regular classes are not active.

Strategically located in the heart of the Downtown Portland, just 2 blocks from the Waterfront, we offer a fantastic space. Inviting and sophisticated yet simply decorated, Yoga on Yamhill is filled with an overwhelming calmness that your guests will experience as they take the first step through our doors.

Hourly Rentals for teachers/practicioners

​

$50 per hour. Space rental for Yoga teachers, Alternative Healers, Artists, Dance Teachers, Acting Coaches, Voice teachers, Karate teachers, Kids Yoga teachers, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists an hourly at a $50 hourly rate for renting our space for private sessions or classes.

Event Rentals  

$100 per hour - space rental only.  If you are interested in renting our space for a musical event, workshop, corporate function, private party, TV production or special offering. Please our listing on Peerspace for event rental information.
