This dynamic class links breath with movement and incorporates a continuous flow of postures.  A vigorous style of yoga, Vinyasa will test your strength, balance and flexibility, while creating internal heat.


Slow flow explores longer holding postures to engage the muscles and cultivate strength and flexibility.  This class is designed to balance your mind and go deeper into the breath using slower, progressive posture sequences.  Great for new students or experienced students who are looking to take their practice to the next level.


This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Yoga on Yamhill attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.


This style class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.


Yin is a restorative yoga practice designed to ease our active bodies and minds. Yin affects the deeper fibers of our connective tissue to give us a serene, relaxation effect. All postures are practiced on the floor in a seated or lying position, with each posture being held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin is the perfect compliment to our Vinyasa and Slow flow classes as a restorative measure to keep our bodies in check, allowing us to practice yoga for years to come.  


This restorative yoga class will consist of holding passive postures for an extended period of time, using different props to support the body allowing you to let go of any tension.  This restorative practice gives the body remarkable effects in tension reduction, unwinding and relaxing and de-stressing. Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation allows you to master how to relax and experience the life changing results of bringing your being into balance on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - guiding you into a yogic sleep like state with a trace of awareness. This class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced students, regardless of age, flexibility or strength.


A simple, quiet, and profound practice based in the Yoga traditions of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra combined with therapeutic hands-on adjustments and application of essential oils. Master how to relax and experience the life changing results of bringing your being into balance on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Stress distorts who we are and causes illness. This class is designed to be a remedy, provide hope and relief, and offer practical tools for those suffering from addictive tendencies, mental disturbances (such as depression and anxiety), trauma, chronic pain, insomnia, and general restlessness. Elevate your yoga with deep stretching and relaxation through an infusion of slow flow, yin and restorative styles of yoga.These yoga and tantric journeys are an opportunity to enjoy trippy relaxation and the cultivation of inner peace. In a candlelit room with tranquil music, this class will begin each evening with a 15 minute session for smoking, vaping and alternative consumption of cannabis.
