We’ve been a practicing Urban Yoga Studio since 2010. The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At Yoga on Yamhill, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process. 


We foster a non-competitive, "stay in your own practice" approach, encouraging awareness of breath and meditation, in addition to the asanas to bring the practice of yoga to a deeper level.

We want to create a mutually respectful, self-responsible, positive yoga environment where all paths are honored. We support our ideology by offering several yoga classes per week that are open to all levels of yoga experience.
