She seamlessly integrates the body's wisdom with holistic modalities, drawing inspiration from Eastern spiritual principles to heal deep-seated inner child and familial wounds, and to overcome limiting beliefs.

Alicia Johnson
A Certified Yoga Instructor, Alicia's experiences and practice have brought her to many types of yoga, and from those she bases her teaching on an intelligent alignment flow. The practice she teaches makes use of creativity, humor, and mindfulness, all with a foundation based on the study of the ashtanga lineage and using the awareness of breath as a guide.

Double certified yoga instructor with an original interest in alignment and the physical benefits of yoga, due to lifelong struggles with scoliosis and autoimmune issues. As her practice and teaching style evolved she developed a special focus on emotional and spiritual support for those dealing with chronic conditions, medical challenges, or physical or emotional pain. Using a lighthearted approach to classes, she aims to help students feel more at home in their bodies.

Yoga found me around 2000 and I was initially drawn to the emphasis on breath and listening to my body. As a professionally trained ballet dancer, yoga showed me another way to be in communication with and move my body.

My goal in this class is to make everyone feel strong and capable in their bodies and to remember that movement can be powerful and playful.
