My consistent yoga practice began just a few years ago. Yoga taught me to tune into my breath and allowed me to slow my racing heart. This practice was the catalyst for healing years of anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in the winter of 2019. It is my hope that everyone who spends time with me in class walks away feeling a sense of lightness, full, steady breath and a quieter mind.
