Experience the fusion of yoga movement and HIIT-style strength training at Mikaela's Sculpt class at Yoga on Yamhill. This unique workout prioritizes functional fitness and intentional movement, blending dumbbell and bodyweight exercises to build muscle, improve mobility, and increase endurance. Each session includes a yoga warm-up, a challenging strength and cardio series, and concludes with restorative stretching and grounding breathwork. Join us for a transformative workout that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and grounded. This class offers modifications to accommodate all experience levels and all bodies.
