Join me, and immerse yourself in a slow-paced, relaxing, and nourishing yoga practice where each pose is held for three to five minutes. Supported by blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you’ll allow your nervous system to fully relax while mindfulness and dharma teachings connect you with your inner self. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone seeking a gentle approach to yoga, all within the welcoming atmosphere of Portland's oldest sliding scale studio. As a special treat, this class will be made available for online signups at a special reduced rate (in-studio cash donations are also available without an online reservation).
