Sculpt combines yoga and weight training for a full-body workout. Start with a dynamic Vinyasa warm-up to get your heart pumping, then tackle a high-intensity HIIT session using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to boost strength, endurance, and cardio. Finish with relaxing yoga stretches for a deep cool-down. It's the perfect mix of intense exercise and calming yoga, set to an upbeat, high-energy playlist.
I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students of all levels feel empowered. I encourage everyone to challenge themselves while honoring their bodies and respecting their limits. Whether you're new to HIIT, yoga, or a seasoned pro, my goal is to guide you through effective workouts that build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. Expect creative exercise variations, a lighthearted atmosphere, and a touch of humor to keep the energy high. My classes will also always have a thoughtfully curated themed playlist. I believe music fuels our souls, so I am mindful of what goes into my playlists. My goal is to make sculpt accessible and effective, help you get stronger, be more confident, and stress-free.

About Me

I fell in love with yoga in early 2022, so much so I had to do teacher training. I am a trained yoga and sculpt instructor with a passion for sharing the transformative power of these practices with students of all levels.I encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, respect their limits, and explore new challenges when they feel comfortable. I love bringing a lighthearted energy to class, infusing creative pose variations, a relaxed tone, and an occasional dad joke. Outside of the studio, I enjoy running with my sweet girl (Winter), love eating Mexican and burgers, and hanging out with family and friends.
