Heed The Call

A Fall Workshop Returning us Home to Soul

Attuning with the earth’s cycles and heeding the call of fall’s transition to return home, to a more inward orientation supports the rhythms of our inner world, our need for rest, and helps us prepare us for winter’s replenishment after the bright expression of summer.

As women, while it is far from natural, it is normal to feel we are out of touch with our own rhythms and instincts about what we need and when to take it. When we resist the transition of fall, we crash into winter with anxiety, feelings of isolation, depression and loneliness. When we embrace the inevitability of this shift, we open to receive the deep nourishment and gestation that is made possible in our wintery solitude.

Heeding the call to return home when we need it most is what sustains our soul. Learning how to trust in every part of our cycle, especially when we are tired, our reserves overdrawn, our heads heavy from sustained pursuit, is a critical skill to preserve our wildish nature, tend to our soul work, and cultivate a strength of spirit that is able bring energy to our worldly pursuits. without compromising our inner vitality and potency.

This workshop will help you reconnect to your intuition and support your abiltity to listen for and trust in yourself as a wisdom bearer. We'll spend this time together writing, grounding, listening, sensing and bearing witness to what is ready to emerge, weaving in the medicine of the collective as we hold ourselves in the depth of our own process.

You will walk away from this workshop with greater sensing, capacity, coherence and nourishment.
