Meet Toni Nagy and Seraphina Supernova (of "Grape Culture," "Claim Yourself Portland", and "Gnarly Girls"

Join us in welcoming new friends to Yoga on Yamhill! We are so happy to have their event, Claim Yourself Portland, here in our downstairs studio, and we look forward to future collaborations with these wonderful humans in future! Enjoy this introduction from the artists, themselves!

Cliam Yourself!

Toni Nagy and Seraphina Supernova are bringing their sold-out-across-multiple-states somatic movement workshop, CLAIM YOURSELF Portland, to Yoga on Yamhill Sunday November 16th 2-4 pm. This isn’t just a workshop, it’s a ceremony, a reclamation, and a multidimensional initiation into sovereignty and higher self embodiment. Through guided somatic practices, trauma-informed healing tools, breath, and movement, you’ll come home to your body, release conditioned patterns, and remember what it feels like to truly belong to yourself. Together, we’ll shake shame, dissolve people-pleasing, and reclaim authority of our own mind, body, and heart.

About Toni & Seraphina

Toni and Seraphina created this workshop alongside their 2-woman Tragic Comedy, “Grape Culture” which explores our culture of domination without consent, using humor, storytelling, and self-reflection to expose systemic oppression and transform trauma into dialogue and healing.  “Grape Culture,” which received rave reviews at both the Hollywood and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, and recently sold out its first off-broadway run at SoHo Playhouse in New York City, embodies the thrusting energy of comedy while also being penetrated by dance, film, storytelling, clowning, stand up, and skits. Toni and Seraphina pervert the pretty by unmasking the ugly truth that “grape” culture isn’t a part of our culture, it is our culture. Their next show is at S.O.A.P, Seattle Open Arts Place, on Friday November 21st at 7 pm.
