About the Event

Sound Healing & Meditation

Yoga on Yamhill invites you to a special Sound Healing & Meditation where you will find a safe space to release physical, emotional and mental tension.

Relax, let go of stress and allow the powerful, yet gentle sounds of Monochord, Koto and Tanpura to envelop your whole body.

During this unique session, Australian Accredited Sound Therapist and Meditation Teacher, Andrew Cox, with his concert quality 48 stringed custom-made instrument, will take you on a sound journey like no other to heighten your insight, inner wisdom and intuition.

At the beginning of the meditation Andrew will guide you to open your third eye / brow chakra and explore your subconscious.

Absolutely beautiful evening - the best way to end a week! The thought and process behind the sessions are also fascinating - left feeling amazing (still floating) after tonight’s session! 100% recommend!” – Lisa Mac Aonghusa

Andrew learned his craft in the Australian Blue Mountains with the Sound Healing Academy UK. He currently holds weekly Sound Baths in Western Australia, and with his wife also owns and operates ‘Treemendus Health’ a Natural Healing business incorporating, Naturopathy, Kinesiology and Sound Therapy.

Andrew, will be visiting Portland for one night only before returning to Australia. Spaces are limited so please book ahead to avoid disappointment.

4pm – 5pm Saturday 14 December 2019
