Raised in Maryland, yoga became apart of my life in 2013. Influenced by my teachers, peers, training, and my personal health journey. I became certified at Yo-Yo Yogi once arriving to Portland, OR from traveling the U.S. and Canada for two months. My style is conversational, I help students restore and reset the nervous system, creating a safe and relaxed environment, getting back into the body. I help students explore and be curious, igniting and creating heat through a controlled vinyasa flow.
